Approval and Workflow

If you have a number of people updating your site and want to ensure ensuring that high quality content is maintained throughout the site the Workflow feature gives you full control.  It’s simple to use and allows you to give full rights to some users and implement a full approval process where required.  Approvers are notified of content awaiting their approval via email.

You can easily create and update Menus at both top level and multiple sub levels.

 

Scheduled Content

Pages can be scheduled to be published and to expire on a date in the future. Sitesia also lets you personalise your site and provides the ability to display content based on a user's profile and his/her affiliation with a group.

Database Managed Content

Through the Sitesia Administrator module, site designers can create and manage the desired site hierarchy to match their needs. Sitesia supports the creation of top-level sites and unlimited subsites. Each site or subsite can be managed separately, have its own security settings, search collection, and templates. 

 

Forms & Surveys
Sitesia enables non-technical users the ability to create HTML forms within a page and to have the results stored in the database repository and/or e-mailed to the form creator. Flexible controls for the layout of the form on a page allow you to easily create attractive, functional forms and it's easy to build multi-page forms and surveys. The results from Forms and Surveys can be conveniently exported to Excel.
